CSFolio separates its own marketplace charges from fees imposed by payment providers and banks. This guide explains the difference so buyers and sellers can understand the known cost before confirming a transaction.
The CSFolio seller fee is deducted from the completed sale price. It depends on the seller’s membership plan:
Membership
CSFolio seller fee
Membership price
Free

Advanced monthly

$29.99 per month
Advanced yearly
0%
$299.99 per year
Lifetime

Advanced and Lifetime members therefore pay a 0% CSFolio seller fee while their applicable membership remains active. “0%” refers specifically to CSFolio’s seller commission. It does not mean that Stripe, a payout provider, a card issuer, or a bank will never charge a separate processing, payout, or conversion cost.
Seller-fee example
For a completed $1,000 marketplace sale:
- A Free seller pays a $10 CSFolio seller fee and has $990 in sale proceeds before any later payout costs.
- An eligible Advanced or Lifetime seller pays no CSFolio seller fee and has $1,000 in sale proceeds before any later payout costs.
The price and fee shown for the specific transaction should always be reviewed before confirmation.
CSFolio does not offer new general-purpose wallet deposits. When card funding is available, it is tied to an identified purchase, named-item offer, or other supported transaction.
If a buyer’s eligible existing balance does not cover the purchase, CSFolio may charge or authorize the exact remaining amount plus a separately disclosed card-processing cost. The checkout screen displays costs known to CSFolio before the buyer authorizes payment.
Card issuers and banks can impose additional international-transaction or currency-conversion charges that CSFolio does not control. A buyer paying from a non-USD account should review the currency and final amount shown by Stripe and their financial institution.
Only eligible, released seller proceeds can be withdrawn. Deposited buyer funds are not withdrawable.
For a standard bank withdrawal, the current CSFolio calculation can include:
- a 0.25% funds-routing component;
- a 0.25% payout component plus $0.25; and
- a $2 active connected-account charge on the first withdrawal activity in a UTC month for a Free member.
Advanced and Lifetime membership offsets the $2 monthly active connected-account charge. Provider, intermediary-bank, receiving-bank, cross-border, and currency-conversion costs may still apply. The withdrawal quote shown before confirmation controls because available methods and provider costs can change.
Withdrawals are available only in countries and through payout methods currently supported by both CSFolio and Stripe. Identity verification, account review, minimums, maximums, holds, and processing periods may apply.
Does CSFolio have a 0% seller fee?
Yes. Eligible Advanced and Lifetime members pay a 0% CSFolio seller fee. Free members pay a 1% CSFolio seller fee.
Does 0% mean every part of the transaction is free?
No. It means CSFolio does not deduct a seller commission from an eligible Advanced or Lifetime member’s completed sale. Payment processing, withdrawals, taxes, currency conversion, and third-party bank charges are separate.
Is deposited balance withdrawable?
No. Buyer funding is intended for the identified marketplace transaction. Only eligible seller proceeds can become withdrawable.
Can fees change?
CSFolio may change pricing or fees in accordance with its terms. The applicable price is displayed on the pricing page or before the user confirms a transaction. This article will be updated when the standard pricing model changes.
CSFolio may calculate and collect VAT, sales tax, or similar transaction taxes where legally required. Taxes are separate from CSFolio’s seller fee and payment-processing costs. Sellers remain responsible for taxes associated with their own sales or income, and CSFolio or Stripe may issue information-reporting forms where required.
CSFolio’s Free plan charges sellers 1% of a completed sale. Advanced and Lifetime members pay a 0% CSFolio seller fee. Separate payment-provider, payout, conversion, banking, and tax costs can still apply and are disclosed when known.
Review the current pricing and transaction quote before committing to a purchase, sale, membership, or withdrawal.
Is CSFolio a 0% sales fee marketplace?
CSFolio offers a 0% marketplace seller commission for Advanced and Lifetime members. Free members pay 1%. Paid membership and separate processing, payout, currency conversion and applicable tax costs mean that 0% seller commission is not the same as a completely free transaction.
When does Advanced membership cover its seller-fee cost?
At the published $29.99 monthly price, avoiding a 1% seller fee covers that subscription cost at $2,999 in eligible monthly sales: $2,999 × 1% = $29.99. This comparison counts seller commission and the monthly membership price only. It excludes other plan features, any active payout-account fee savings, processing, payout, conversion and taxes.
For example, $1,000 in eligible sales avoids $10 in seller commission, which is less than the monthly subscription. At $5,000, the avoided commission is $50, or $20.01 more than the subscription before other costs. Review your expected activity and the current prices before choosing a plan.
